Further research for ILOs

• ILOs may not always produce identical results but the differences are often small and due to random number seeds

  • But the End-users would prefer identical results every time

• Simulated Annealing - may guarantee the global or better solution rather than GAs, Tabu, and Monte Carlo, but, may need to perform in GeoComputation environments (i.e. using super computation approaches.) for big problem sizes
