Micro-data when expressed as spatial data can be represented as a series of table coordinates
The census data for a ward or enumeration district is presented as a series of between 20,000 and 10,000 cross-tabulated counts from a standard set of up to 100 tables
These counts are computed from the N individuals contained in the ward or Ed
Each individual can be described in terms of table co-ordinates with respect to the 100 tables used in the census
