The project resourced the University of Leeds and Andy Turner specifically to: share practice experiences and amplify these beyond the home institution to help develop/instill good practice; and, provide additional feedback on the Jisc Research Data Shared Services (RDSS) development.
There are a number of other Research Data Champions that are part of the broader project which aims to accelerate the adoption of good Research Data Management (RDM) practice in UK higher education institutions. Research Data Shared Service (RDSS) Pilots are undertaking activities to amplify and support the research data management (RDM) activities of researchers. Jisc also has an interest in raising the profile of researcher practice and engagement in research data sharing.
