      • Allow several mutations before selecting best fitting solutions
      • Implement breeding that combines multiple solutions e.g. crossover etc...
        • This might speed up early part of optimisation.
        • For the time being though, mutation seems to work fine...
      • Given the nature of the populations and the way they are divided it is sensible to have a way to mutate all parts simulatneously.
    • Refactored IndividualCensus_ISARHP_ISARCEP etc so that more similar control constraints in place as for IndividualCensus_HSARHP_ISARCEP

        • Junaid hoping to do full-time work as a researcher at the University of Leeds in January and switch to complete his PhD as a part-time student.
        • It may be that Junaid can do additional work for the University of Manchester to document the security workpackage in November and December.

        • Junaid happy that John Stillwell will conduct the review as reviewer.
        • Junaid has all documentation required for this.
        • He can not only expect feedback from me, but positive feedback...
        • Junaid advised to ask Paul Townend verbally for feedback tomorrow (or when he next sees Paul) just in case email communication is not getting through.
